We offer a range of programmes throughout the year to equip you with the tools to take your health and happiness into your own hands

Strong Together

Coming Soon! 


Strong Together is a 4-week online programme designed to create a sense of togetherness and connection.  Basically taking what we learn on the mat and bringing it into our day-to-day lives.  It is also an opportunity to connect with our wonderful Lumi Foundation community of yogis.

Each week has a theme to bring into your yoga practice, meditation and life.

Week 1:  Your Intention
Week 2:  Clear Purpose
Week 3:  Nourishing Relationships
Week 4:  Strong Together

You can then join us for:

Monday Meditation:  A 20-minute themed meditation practice to create a powerful start to the week.  You can join us on livestream at 9.30am or enjoy a recording in your own time.

Wednesday Wisdom: Diving into the theme of each week, on Wednesday you will receive an email with topics to ponder and/or journal on throughout the week.

Friday Tea Time Chat:  This is your time to grab a cuppa and maybe a biscuit or two for, basically, a chat.  We will get together via Zoom at 3.30pm to connect and discuss the theme of the week.

This is a flexible programme and no previous requirement of anything is required!  😁 

We're offering this programme free of charge but if you'd like to make a donation, we appreciate any contribution.
