Yoga has helped me vastly through the ups and downs of life. I think the only way people can understand its magic is by practicing.
Yoga became a passion that I want to share with as many people as possible, bringing yoga to a larger community. Attentive on empathy, compassion and techniques to help students grow within their practice, focusing on the physical and mind aspects. Organised and committed to bring the best out of the students.
Everyone’s yoga journey is unique! My classes seek to create a safe space for people to explore their own path and serve as a guide for those looking to enjoy the emotional and physical benefits of this wonderful practice.
My classes prioritise mindfulness by moving with and meditating on the breath as a powerful way to regulate the nervous system, achieve embodiment and calm the mind.

I love yoga. What I learn on the mat informs every part of my life. I want to share my journey with everyone and have lots of fun doing it!
I developed a fascination with the physical body, its energy pathways and mind connection. I love focusing on strength, flexibility and creating space for everyone. Yoga is truly a way of life.

Yoga has always travelled along my life's journey as a dance artist. Where I found the space to find a sense of peace; joy and stability from yoga. whatever life threw at me, yoga healed; nourished and kept me present. I want to give that back to anyone who needs it.

My vision is to empower people in their lives through the practice of yoga. I am passionate about sharing yoga magic with anyone and everyone who wants to give it a try.
I love teaching as I can see the positive impact yoga makes to the yogis in the room. I always try to bring a sense of fun and ease to classes, and want every yogi to feel welcome and empowered.
Rosie believes that moving your body to still your mind is powerful and transformative, and loves sharing the joy of movement and mindfulness with her students.
