Our Transformational Wellbeing Programme is a 40-day programme of yoga, meditation, healthy eating and self-enquiry to empower you with the tools to live a life of health, purpose and happiness.
WHAT IS 40 DAYS?
The programme is designed to challenge your personal philosophy and your body so that you can access unknown resources within yourself.
Daily yoga practice: You will practise six days a week, with one day of rest. The length of each practice will increase as the weeks go on so week 1 will be a 20-minute practice. For each week, there is a theme to help you build a sustainable personal practice and to deepen the practice from where you are right now.
Daily meditation: You will build a daily meditation practice starting with just 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening for the first week. Time increases during the programme, and each week builds on the previous week.
Mindful eating: We will bring attention to diet as well as attachment and patterns around food. In week four, there will be an optional three-day cleanse
Journalling and enquiry: There will be time for journalling and enquiry based on questions in a workbook that we provide to you.
Weekly meetings: A forum for participants where a facilitator leads a discussion based on the theme of the week, journalling questions and your experiences. It's a great opportunity to check-in with the group and share experiences.
