FESTIVE FLOW
We are very excited to invite you to Lumi Power Yoga's Festive Flow in support of Lumi Foundation. This event will be an opportunity to move, connect and celebrate. We are also having a raffle and auction so there will be a chance to win some amazing prizes!
Here are all the details:
Date: Saturday 2nd December
Time: 3pm-5pm
Location: Lumi Power Yoga (121 King Street) or online via Zoom
Festive Flow, 3pm-3.45pm
Yes, we will get your body moving but this will not be your standard power flow class. We'll move to the jingly sounds of Christmas tunes and possibly sing a little, too.
Meditation, 3.45pm-4pm
After moving your body, we'll meditate together and create a little calmness for what's to come. . .
Raffle and Auction, 4pm-4.15pm
You will have the opportunity to win some amazing prizes. And when we say amazing, we mean AMAZING! You don't want to miss out on the chance to win!

We've saved the best for last! You should all know this by now but Lumi Foundation is all about connection and we love to take any opportunity we can to connect with this wonderful community. Whether you'll be there in-person or on Zoom, we'll connect with each of you, enjoy some nibbles and celebrate!
All proceeds from the event go to Lumi Foundation. We are suggesting a£5 donation for the class and raffle tickets will start at £5, too. For just £5, you'll get five raffle tickets and you are, of course, welcome to buy more. You do not need to attend the class to win prizes.

Lumi Foundation is a movement, organisation and community with the mission to bring ‘yoga to ALL’. The Foundation started four years ago and brings yoga and meditation to community centres and charities, such as AgeUK, Action on Disability, Maggie’s, South London Cares and others.
By attending this workshop, all proceeds will go to Lumi Foundation. Please contribute what you can:

£50 would pay for a weekly class for people in need

£75 would pay for a workshop from Lumi Foundation

£100 would contribute to a teacher training scholarship offered to one of our Foundation yogis
